Policies

Happily Ever After Princesses characters are inspired by a range of children's stories and fairytale like characters.

Our characters do not violate any copyright laws nor do we intend to.

Please note when booking that we do not represent licensed characters. If this is required for yourself or your booking, please contact the license holder of the specific character you are looking for.

Deposits & Payments

Before your booking, please note that a deposit of £10 will be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable if you take it upon yourself to cancel. ALL cancellations require giving notice 7 days prior to your booking. If failed to do so, you will be charged a £20 cancellation fee.

Extra charges may apply depending on the location of your booking.

All bookings must be confirmed beforehand. Each booking form filled by yourself out is a request form, it is NOT a confirmation to your booking. You will receive a confirmation within 48hrs of sending your request form. Please be responsible for understanding this upon your requesting your booking date & time. When booking a package, please note we are no longer allowing changes to packages as our team lose out on wages and we are unable to change around slot times.

When paying for an event, please note that all tickets are non refundable and it is your responsibility when cancelled upon yourself. Tickets may be refunded if cancelled by the event holder (ourselves).

Customer Complaints

At Happily Ever After Princesses, we pay attention to every detail to make our clients booking perfect. If a complaint is raised, we ask for it to be made within a 24 hour gap after services have been received. If failed to do so, we unfortunately are unable to investigate the matters further.

Venues

It is entirely our customers responsibility to inform the venue where our service is required/booked. If failed to do so, it may result in us being unable to perform on the premises due to a number of reasons on the venue's end. This could be to do with music licenses, insurance reasons, etc. If this does happen on the day of your booking, it will result in full payment regardless.
